  • Quarterly Internal Audit for the two quarters (2011) completed

  • Internal Audit Reports along with the explanations are being sent to HQ on time

  • Compliances arising out of the Internal Audit Reports are being taken care of.

  • Internal Audit Reports are placed at every Regional Council Meeting along with explanations for deliberations

  • Appointment of Staff at C & D Grade Chapters to be decentralized at the Regional Office level.

  • Recruitment of Staff for the other Chapters in the Region can be done through the Regions with a duly constituted committee comprising of Members from the Region and the HQrs – would help get local people who would be willing to join the service

  • Quarterly reimbursement of establishment expenses of C&D Grade Chapters to be Decentralised at the Regional Council level
