  1. Environmental monitoring and smart agriculture through the use of Internet of Things An environmental monitoring system is nothing but a process monitoring the quality of a given environment. There is the RMS software allowing for a real time monitoring of various parameters required. This is a software that offers charts and graphics along with an alarming function through email, SMS or telephone call. Providing data of indicator organism, organism of spoilage and pathogens for preventing outbreaks.  Smart agriculture The Internet of Things IOT based smart agriculture is a concept that is highly emerging these days. It is because the IOT sensors have been made capable of providing information regarding agriculture fields and acting upon that delivering the user input. The paper in this regard aims at making use of the evolving technology, i.e. that IOT and smart agriculture through automation. Smart agriculture using IOT is nothing but an application of modern ICT (information and communication technology) into the use of agriculture. Here, a system is built for monitoring the crop field with the use of sensors and by automating the irrigation system. Temperature monitoring Remote temperature monitoring Via the internet can be done by installing Wi Fi connection at home or in the office. Getting a Wi Fi humidity and temperature sensor is the second step. And the last step is to install an app on the cell phone for monitoring. The system works when each remote sensor sensing the temperature, pressure or humidity transmits the data through a wireless way. A technology constantly regulates the broadcasting data where the remote temperature works by uploading each data to the cloud. It is a portable management machine capable of recording temperature over a defined period of time.
