  1. 5 Ways to Stay Motivated, Productive, and Positive During Lockdown!

  2. 1. Try Maintaining Normal Routine Lockdown from Covid-19 Pandemic might have altered our everyday lives; however, that does not mean that everything has to change. You can start by maintaining your routine as before in these quarantine days as it can make you feel manageable. Following a proper diet, getting quality sleep, and exercising at home can also play a major role in creating a proper routine.

  3. 2. Maintain Connection With The World  As per a study conducted showed that Isolation could damage your mental well being as it is equivalent to smoking 15 cigarettes a day. You must keep in touch with your family and friends via a digital application like Skype to maintain a connection with the outside world.

  4. 3. Taking Short break Taking short breaks can improve focus levels, relieve stress, and can boost your concentration levels. It’s never recommended to burn yourself by working 100 percent of the time when you are at home. So remember to take short brakes once in a while

  5. 4. Focus on the positives • Focusing on positive things can boost your morale even at darkest times; for example countries like Italy, which was the worst hit by the coronavirus, could be heard singing from their windows and balconies to cheer up their moods. So don’t worry and focus on the positives.

  6. 5. Designated workspace One of the biggest challenges you might face while working from home are distractions from family, children, and pets. This why it is vital to designate a quiet workplace where you can work and enhance your productivity levels.
