  2. About us The Company Tcml‘s annual capacity is of 45,000 MT. With the specialization in Automotive Components, the company is also catering to various other industries like, - Farm Equipments, IC Engines, Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Earth Moving, Windmills, Textile, Electrical etc. the company have a vast experience of 43 years in Ferrous and Non- Ferrous industry The experienced technical team of the company is dedicated to meet the international quality standards and the stringent customer requirements with an optimum production lead time Under the machining division, Initially TCML has setup 17 HMC, 21 CNC turning centre, 16 vertical machining centre, 4 DTC along with state of the art inspection facilities such as CMM , Trimos, 2 tool pre-setter from DMG Microset surface roughness tester etc.

Average lead time for new product development is 4 weeks. • Equipped with all the modern manufacturing and quality control facilities.

Research & Devlopment TCML has DSIR (Govt. of India) recognized in-house Research & Development Center to ensure speedy and first time right development of the castings, provides a cost effective platform to the clients through in-house pattern development, proto typing, design optimization, strength stress testing, casting and precision machining. The R&D center is equipped with – • In house pattern shop with CAD / CAM facility • 02 nos. of Vertical Machining Center Machines • Methoding for developing new samples is done on world class "Magma simulation software "ensures on time development. Only few foundries in India have this kind of facility.
