The tea stall is located in a park and you are observing a man walking his dog and the beautiful garden landscape around you. SPECIAL NATA DRAWING TIPS Practice One-point and two-point perspective. Understand the application of each type, to relate to use which one in related question. Practice use of a dry medium like pencils, color pencils, dry pastels. Practice foreshortening concept. Try and work on A4 and A 5 size sheets. Time your drawings when you practice for the exam. NATA PAPER ANALYSIS 2018 Part A consisted of Mathematics and General Aptitude. If we talk of Part A mathematics, there was a mix of easy, moderate and dif?cult level questions. Some were of calculative nature. Overall maths part was lengthy and involved thoroughness of the CBSE concepts. In Part A General Aptitude, 22% of the questions were based on Aptitude and Analytical reasoning. It also included questions based on 3D visualisation of ?gures. Hence, a thorough study of orthographic projections, analysis of 3D would have bene?tted the students. 27% of the Aptitude part focused on the theoretical part of the subject. It covered topics like climatology, important architects and their works, important terms used in architecture, places of architectural importance, etc. These questions were quite straight-forward. 38% of problems were of logical reasoning and simple mathematics. Brushing through basic formulas would also be helpful incase you don’t have so much time.  10% of the Aptitude section consisted of very basic day to day simple science related problems. This was rather tricky as there were lot of constraints and elements given. It also said that it was a morning hustle bustle scene. There was a short descriptive story of a scene which had to created, it needed visualization and understanding of perspectives, shadows and composition. The other was a rather interesting and simple one, in which 2 D composition had to be drawn. Exploration of various dry medium is recommended before going for the exam. The exam paper was rather lengthy and since it was a change of paper pattern, it came as a surprise for a lot of aspirants, especially the Aptitude part.
