SAP (Standard Assessment Procedure)is a methodology introduced by the government to assess and calculate the energy and environment performance of buildings to verify that any new developments will not only meet building regulations but also all energy and environment policy initiatives. New Build SAP Assessments are carried out to assess how much energy a new building will consume or how energy efficient your development is and is eventually used to produce the EPC for the property.
