    7. November 2006 CEOs HSE Conference IVMS in Schlumberger IVMS is mandatory for all Schlumberger since 1998. All our high and medium risk Land Transport contractors installed IVMS since Oct 1st 2005. Conforming with the OGP Land Transportation safety recommended practices.

Driver ‘RAG’ performance reports are generated monthly and published on notice boards and website. Without the intervention and coaching, there would have been no improvement. Targeting individual behavior also increases overall site performance. By identifying high risk exposures and reducing them, accident rates and driver performance improved. Driver reward programs provided incentive for good driving. Timely coaching and feedback showed management commitment and accountability of drivers

November 2006 CEOs HSE Conference Proposed Way Forward for discussion PDO MD has committed to the following: Install IVMS in his personal vehicle Ensure a proper management system for all vehicles which have IVMS (350 vehicles) is in place and managed by vehicle owners by Q1 2007 Install IVMS in all PDO allocated vehicles Propose way forward for discussion Each CEO to install and effectively manage IVMS in his/her personal vehicle Define and establish the criteria for high risk vehicles Discuss the merit of installing IVMS in high risk vehicles Syndicate work Discuss above proposal and state clearly the way forward
