IVMS Management System

  • IVMS provides SLB managers with a huge amount of data on individual driver performance histories.

  • Driver ‘RAG’ performance reports are generated monthly and published on notice boards and website.

  • Used at site location level to provide driver Feedback, Coaching for improvement and Rewarding best Drivers.

“RAG” Report Example

Company performance criteria for driving:

  • Red indicates unacceptable driving performance – intervention is necessary.

  • Amber indicates that improvement is required.

  • Green indicates that the driver is consistently driving within company parameters

Improvements

  • Progressive improvement in performance is observed after feedback and coaching.

  • Without the intervention and coaching, there would have been no improvement.

  • Targeting individual behavior also increases overall site performance.

  • By identifying high risk exposures and reducing them, accident rates and driver performance improved.

  • Driver reward programs provided incentive for good driving.

  • Timely coaching and feedback showed management commitment and accountability of drivers
