• Current data elements:

District, School, Student, Survey Period, Year, SES Provider (App. T), Term, SES Contact Hours – Reading/Language Arts, and Math, and Begin Services Date

  • Similar to Contact Hours – Math and Reading/LA

    SES Length of Prescribed Program

  • Total number of tutoring hours

  • Report for each provider

  • Hours of all subject areas added to calculate

    length of prescribed program

  • Round to nearest whole number

SES Achievement Goals (for each subject area)

  • Total number of student learning goals by subject

    area (recommendation: 1 to 5 goals per subject)

  • Established in the Student Learning Plan
