  1. Architecture Architecture Project Project Management Management When it comes to Projects, there are three basic components of architecture: conceptualization, concept, and execution. Let's take a look at the different ways that these components play out in architecture project management. Conceptualization is the first step of the project process. This concept involves not only looking at design concepts, but also thinking about how the resources will be brought together to create the final product. Conceptualization can include conceptualizing the vision, or finding the path to get there. Conceptualization should begin with a project analysis, where the principals of the project meet with the professional. The analyst presents the project with an eye towards completing a necessary resource (piping, utility, electrical, etc.) for the project. At this point, the team goes through the necessary steps to get to the end product, and design. The next step is to develop all the parts that make up the process work. This includes mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and so on. Most projects will have a part that requires procurement to bring it to market. This can be a source of large cost savings in terms of time and labor.

  2. The last major piece of the process is construction. Here, the team begins the actual building work, including site preparation and construction. The construction manager manages this step and makes sure that the entire process is completed on time and within budget. As we mentioned above, the three components of architecture that we have looked at are the conceptualization of the design, the conceptualization of the architecture, and the concepts and development of the materials and methods involved in the project. These are all things that are covered during project planning and conceptualization. There are other smaller parts that are also included in the process, but those three are the basics. Of course, there are many variations of the projects that we have looked at. In some cases, projects involve a very large team, including architects, engineers, and managers. Other projects can involve just a few people working together in a small area, like a smaller office building. Of course, there are also some good examples of architecture projects that have been botched by poor architectural management .A prime example is the Bhopal disaster. A lot of blame was put on the Indian government, but many blame lay with the wrong people. One major reason for a poorly managed project is lack of communication between project management and the team of project staff. The communication breakdown played a major role in the disaster, when thousands of workers were suddenly and unexpectedly laid off. For those that worked on the Bhopal cleanup, this was a very scary time, as they were not told what the project would involve until well after the project had begun. The only way to avoid disasters like this is to make sure that the project management has a solid understanding of the project and its goals. Also, project managers should be able to communicate the project effectively with their team members. In addition, the team needs to have a good architecture management project team. This may be the project manager, or it may be a project manager who oversees the entire team. Project managers who work closely with the team can greatly increase the quality of the project, and the overall process. All projects have their challenges, but if they are handled properly, they can provide a great opportunity for any team. Good communication between the team and the project management is essential to any successful project. Discover the innovative solutions that ensure optimal building envelope performance.
