  3. About Us… Offers three programs • Wally Scott Bursary • Financial Relief • Let’s Learn Hockey

  4. Wally Scott Bursary • Provides minor hockey players with financial assistance to continue their education to the post-secondary level. • Applicants must abide by a criteria outlining their contribution to the community as well as maintaining a commitment to their education 2008 Recipient, Josh Breedyk of Port Dover, ON

  5. Financial Relief • Assists financially-challenged minor hockey players with funds to continue or get a start in the game. • Applicants must complete a strict set of guidelines to receive funding. • Funding is sent directly to the minor hockey association to ensure money is allocated to registration fees.

  6. Let’s Learn Hockey • Partnerships with Children’s Aid Society (CAS), Big Brothers & Big Sisters (BBBS) and local minor hockey associations. • 30-35 kids per year • Receive new equipment, attend a skills clinic and subsidy for the following season’s registration • Past LLHP include Lindsay, Leamington, Kingston and Georgetown.
