  2. OPTIMISMO: Este rasgo de la personalidad permite a la persona emprendedora juzgar los acontecimientos o las circunstancias en su aspecto mas favorable viendo en un problema una oportunidad.

  3. GENEROSIDAD: Rasgo de la personalidad que lleva a considerar que el éxito debe compartirse con el resto de la sociedad contribuyendo a la creación de riqueza y a la mejora de condiciones de vida de su comunidad.

  4. HUMILDAD: Rasgo psicológico que propicia una actitud autocritica, constructiva y de aprendizaje permanente.

  5. EQUILIBRIO: Esta cualidad se relaciona con la fortaleza mental y la resistencia emocional que permitirá a la persona emprendedora mantener la serenidad en situaciones de tensión, dificultad o crisis.
