FAQ’s - UB Novice • A cast into a skill or dismount fulfills the cast requirement Intermediate An athlete may perform a jump to front support for the mount – no penalty under requirements but a composition deduction may be applied [choice] Advanced A LHP fulfills [1] requirement [bar change or element on HB]

  6. BB NOVICE Requirements 5 @ 1.0 • ½ turn on one foot [minimum] • Isolated leap / jump / hop • Minimum of [2] passes • Dance Series • Acro Skill [ must start & finish on BB]

  7. BB INTERMEDIATE REQUIREMENTS 5 @ 1.0 • 1/1 turn on one foot [minimum] • Isolated leap / jump / hop • Acro skill through vertical [must start and finish on BB] • Dance Series • Mixed Series

  8. BB ADVANCED REQUIREMENTS 5 @ 1.0 • 1/1 turn on one foot [minimum] • Isolated leap / jump/ hop ‘B’ Value • Acro skill through vertical [must start & finish on BB] • Dance or Mixed Series • Additional ‘B’ element [dance / acro]

  17. FAQ’s - FX Using a Round Off ; rebound in an acro series • A rebound will NOT break the series prior to a non flight acro skill Example – Round off rebound backward roll fulfills an acro series requirement

  18. GUIDELINES • All skills must be VP listed in the JO Code of Points; Supplement, or in the Levels 1 – 6 Compulsory Routines • Execution deductions should be modified • Scoring should not fall below 7.0 [excluding falls]
