  2. What is Cold-pressed Juice? Cold-pressed juicing: It refers to juice that uses a hydraulic press to extract juice from fruit and vegetables, as opposed to other methods such as centrifugal or single auger.  When Cold-pressed juices are high temperature and short time pasteurized (HTST), the shelf life of fruit juice is extended. High nutrient retention Centrifugal Juicing: Centrifugal juicer extract juice from fruit with fast-spinning metal blades that spin against a mesh filter which separates the juice from the fiber of the fruit. Centrifugal juice can quickly lose it’s nutritious enzymesand must drink immediately. Low nutrient retention due to heat from spinning

  3. Centrifugal Vs Cold pressed Juicing

  4. How cold pressed juice is made? They are usually made in two steps. Primary step: To extract the pulp from the fruits. Second step: -Pulp is processed. A hydraulic press and its plates are used to process the extract to extreme pressures. -The pressure causes the juice / water content from the produce to drip into a collection tray below, leaving behind the fiber content in the filter bag. -After a few detailed procedures, the juices are ready to be stacked and packed.  The use of pasteurization process hikes up the shelf life from a week to 30 days.
