Capital Contribution 5. Partner KYC Details (a) Identity Proof-Pan Card (b) Address proof –Adhar Card (c) Mobile No (d) Email ID 6. Audited Financials Current year (if prepared otherwise last year) 7. Accounting Data- (a) Tally/Busy/etc. (if prepared) or (b) Complete Bank Statement along with sales-purchase bill and expenses invoice and all other relevant data related to company 8. Last Year ROC Filing form (FORM-8, FORM-11) (if any) 9. DSC of Every Partner.
