  8. Put things like vegetable peels, fruit, tea bags, cotton clothes and more in the compost pile, which can all be recycled.

  9. If you don't have enough room for a compost pile in your garden, you can buy a compost bin and place it anywhere outdoor according to your convenience. Once things have rotted down, you will have a rich compost.

  13. There are many eco-friendly materials like Wool, cotton, cork, blanket, spray foam, etc., which is more effective and healthy. Eco-friendly insulating materials don't emit harmful fumes and help to maintain carbon dioxide levels.

  14. Use water-efficient toilets and showers Just Like saving energy, saving water is also important. Use water-saving showerheads that have a water sense label on them.

  15. These showers not only provide a satisfactory shower that is equal to conventional shower heads but also reduces water wastage. It is estimated by the EPA that Water Sense toilets can save approximately 13,000 gallons of water per year for an average household.
