Minority/Women Business Enterprises • Amend Procurement Ordinance to include Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) program, add new program for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), and continue current Small Business Enterprise (SBE) program. • Establish M/WBE Program Certification Eligibility Requirements

  4. Maintain M/WBE, SBE Directories • Monitor compliance with M/WBE, and SBE goals • Report compliance with M/WBE, and SBE goals • Publish M/WBE, and SBE utilization reports

  5. Verify Subcontractor Payment • PRISM Software • M/WBE and SBE subcontract goal attainment • Eliminate Good faith effort • Develop scoring system for use in RFP process

  6. Internal Process • Living Wage, Local Workforce, M/WBE programs and SBE program in solicitations
