Advancing Cyber Ops for DoD US Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) activated as a sub-unified command of USSTRATCOM on 21 May 2010 Located at Ft Meade, MD DIRNSA is dual-hatted as USCYBERCOM Commander Service Components: • U.S. Army Cyber Command • U.S. Fleet Cyber Command/U.S.10th Fleet • 24th Air Force • U.S. Marine Corps Forces Cyber Command • U.S. Coast Guard Cyber Command

Protecting Sensitive Information in DoD • DIB Cyber Security and IA Program Office • Effort began as a Task Force in 2007 • Funded program sponsored by OSD • Drafting new language for DFARs • Getting ready to expand support for classified and unclassified sharing for defense contractors • DoD Focal Point is the Defense Cyber Crime Center

MILCON Project • Completed $3M concept design / RFP development effort in October 10 • New HQ Building and Support Warehouse (275K sq ft) • New radiochemistry laboratory (38K sq ft) • Contract awarded in April 2011 – estimated cost $158M • Groundbreaking was held June 2011; completion expected in late 2013 • Design Work (including IT) is underway 9
