  3. PemulihanDalamKomuniti (PDK) diperkenalkan pada tahun 1984 di Mukim BatuRakit Terengganu. Ianyamerupakan program perintis yang menekankankepadapenglibatanibubapa, keluarga dan komunititempatan di dalampelaksanaan program pemulihanbagi orang kuranguapaya (OKU) tempatan
