  1. Customer Experience Wish-List For 2019 As we say hello to 2019, there will undoubtedly be certain business practices and trends that we need to keep up on this year. For example- measuring up customer expectations, personalised experiences, and safety of customer data continue to be the major aspects of offering a higher-up customer experience. New year calls for a fresh start and embarking on the latest trends that can help transform the customer experience. Here is the customer experience wish list for 2019 through which, business owners can upgrade the way they treat their customers and their data: ● Products and services that are up to scratch It is very disappointing every time when a customer finds out the disparity between what was promised and what has been delivered as the customer experience. For instance, I will share my personal experience with a well know pizza company that claims customers can monitor their order until it reaches their doorstep. The app even shows the first name of the delivery person. However, I tried the app to find that it was not entirely reliable. The app told my delivery person’s name is Susan,, and I was surprised to see a guy coming with my pizza.
