2. Achievement Motive( Maslow Hierarchy Of Motivation) • You should follow the achievement motive. There are different perspective of • achievement motive.How can you use intrinsic and extrinsic motivation to help you • succeed in college? There are many ways of viewing human motivation. The idea that • our motivations are largely based on instincts was popular in the early twentieth century • but has since fallen out of favor. Human motivation has also been viewed as an effort • toward drive reduction and homeostasis, or balance in the body, as well as an effort to • maintain an optimum level of arousal

3. Intrinsic and Exrinsic Motivation • Another perspective is that of motivational • inducements or incentives. When inducements originate from within the person, they are • called intrinsic motivation, and when they come from outside, they are called extrinsic • motivation. Extrinsic motivation can certainly help you succeed in college, as when your • parents offer to buy you an expensive present for good grades. Developing intrinsic • motivation to succeed in college, however, will have a greater, more long-lasting effect. • Abraham Maslow suggested that human motives can be arranged in a hierarchy, with • primitive ones based on physical needs positioned at the bottom, and higher ones such as • self-esteem positioned toward the top. Maslow believed that the higher motives don't • emerge until the more basic ones have been met, but recent research challenges his view. • In some societies, difficulty in meeting.

4. B for Balm • Mind this thing that our moms are great, for their children they give a balm and there is • soothing treatment. You have schemata • in your mind and you know how to work boosting all your energies. you are not like hen- • packed husband, ergo you should master your time like an adept philanthropist who is • donating his life-time without becoming a rough diamond. Boost your energies but in a • rack tack manner.

6. Time symmetry • It shows different channels in a symmetry .There is a rational • progression. The more you spend the more you work you would achieve high in • life, because you have set your parameters, work consistently. When a dice is shoot out in • to air no body knows what will come as a cosequence.But when a hunter pull the trigger • there are less chances of occurrence of hit and miss due to his proficiency in his • profession and exuberance in his passion. Better you should make yourself a hunter, • otherwise you would be hunted by the fast and furious time.

7. E for Efficiency • Time efficient strategy means that whatever you are doing, it is fruitful, with bounty of • jolly mood swing. The all-time most efficient strategy is needed to strategies your self • work well, like an orchestra. • What does it mean or meant for time efficiency means that you are timely achieve any • Thing in life. You are moving with the every tick of a clock. It is not a joke but a reality • when cook a doodle do , cook do it timely, such a genius bird that believe on this notion. • Every to bed and early to rise • Make a man healthy wealthy and wise

8. Full-Blown • Full blown here notifies that man is fully ripened, he is not in half way or jack of all trade • but master of none. He is mature enough to have a glimpse of razor-sharp life. He never • banged his head with a plan which he don’t deserve for. It is factual fact that people take • time as fallacy, they never master-minded like a hobble-dehoy(a young rude person).If • you want to get more fruits in your basket, you have to follow the time, then you can avoid • follow-on(in cricket).

9. Gear-up • All the creatures in the earth they all work to achieve their bread and butter. They all • passes from the same drill of hard word. Whether you are getting your first flight or you • Are an amateur. Time is flying away.The main thing is that your life is showing a real • spark and andenergy. even the meanest person in his life have to work hard.When the • child is born he starts yelling that he has come to the world of fools. The voice is a bit • husky so the mom leaves her sleep and a peace of mind,but what it generate • afterwards,they are genghezkhan,there are Hitler.But would you say about the saviour of • Humanity,yes right Muhammad (SAW).Different prolific writers which wrote about great • mensch of the world they listed Muhammad(SAW) at number one,why because no body • was matching him,in his life time,whether it was beauty,whether people became aware of • his warrior-career,whatever the case was nobody was there to combat with him. • He was non-pareil. • Once a person came near by him when he was alone and aloof,he put out his sword and • asked?How you would be save now.Muhammad(SAW) didn’t frighten by him,he said • ALLAH,there was such a rage and such a firm belief that the sword fall on the • gound.Muhammad(SAW) picked the sword and asked him.How you would be save • now,the person starts trembling,and begged for his mercy.The Holy Prophet(SAW) • pardon him.

Eat dog eat kind Of Milieu • An infant don’t get milk until and unless he didn’t cry in a shriek tone.Therefore when • his mom hears the voice,sheatarts patting his child,what the child gets after getting milk • he is charged up again like a battery cell.So it the milk gives child a balm,we can also say • that it is just like an electrolysis,When the current is being passed having both positive • and negative ions.What it does come to be as a result is not a sheer coincidence.There is • much of the sameness in this world of hallaballo.Time is moving swiftly,leaving • everything like a vehicle which has no breakes.Genaeration after generation passed by • but time flow was not disturb for even a second.

11. No U-Turn • So whether it comes to your social life your conjugal relations, or kinship time is • moving, with out getting u-turn in his policy. Time-storm is in full swing and people are • getting dumped in to a velvety earth.

13. The I am Factor • Today in this world which is very fast things some times seemed to be moving with a • neck breaking speed, people think they whether they achieve their genuine goal or • not. Some times they blame others for their faux-pas,some.Its the most ingenious • tactic, when you are running short of time, you yourself should be blamed, it is a kind of • shallow treatment in the bumpy road of life. The best thing which helps those who are • aspiring to achieve something they fixed their problems themselves, only those friends are • good which help you like a sparkplug whenever you are in need of help because fair- • weather friends leave in the lurch. More than that your own self is your best friend • firstly, psychologist also used a term agape which means self love. You should never be • impatient or in taking first step. Never think yourself as perfectionist, we all are • human namby-pamby nature. Even our progenitor fall from utopia, they never wrap • themselves in a miasma of despondency. They call Allah Almighty and started begging • for their mercy, thus they were forgiven. But the yardstick for their success and salvation • was an awe-nspiring stamina of   • hard work. • Handwork • Blame • Game • Sheer • Negligence

Love-Factor • Never dodge by the love especially because there is no genuine love except four. • Love Of • Allah(SWT) The • Omnipotent for his • Creatures • Love of Parents For The Love Of The Love of • Their Offspring Siblings Husband & • Wife • Other than that there are cook and bull stories about love and the plenty of those are non- • existential in this very world, because there are no real affection, but to blaspheme to this • sacred word which is only do good to human-lover and do bad for demen-lover.Mind it • love is not a sparrow which will while away.
