  1. Are you Exercising enough towards your Goal? Exercising is one of the most common activities that we do to keep ourselves fit and fine. Being fit not only helps us health wise but also develops our self-confidence. It makes us look and feel good about ourselves. However, what matters is are you doing them the right way because, the right implementation not only gives you fruitful results but, also reduces the time and energy towards your goal. The blog comprises of some tips that can act as a catalyst to your regular workouts. Hop on to know more. 1. Tone up your treadmill Jumping to the highest number and running as if you’ve got a bus to catch isn’t the right way to operate the treadmill. Before stepping into the equipment, it is important to grab some of the handy exercises that can warm up your body. This helps to loosen the joints and increases the blood flow which prepares the body for exercises. For example, you can try small stretches, shoulder presses, and extensions before running.

This is what she has to say - “From standing position, bend down, put your hands on the floor shoulder-width apart, and jump your feet back into plank position. If you're strong, cross your ankles, otherwise, jump your feet wide apart. Do a push-up, then jump your feet together or uncross your ankles. Jump your feet back to your hands and stand up. Do eight reps total, rest for one minute, and repeat." 3. Maximize your crunches

  3. Relaxing the abs during crunches is not appreciated by many trainers because it offers only half results. Many of us lower our chest away from the knees. Instead, try sustaining the contraction down. It can be difficult initially but yes, practice makes a man perfect. 4. Enhance your way of focusing. Try doing the isolation exercises like curls, overhead triceps extensions, and lateral raises while seated. Sitting ensures that you aren't using any momentum to help fuel the movement, like swinging your arms back and forth with each biceps curl. This increases your concentration as well, so that, you get fruitful results.

  4. 5. Keep yourself hydrated. The American College of Sports Medicine recommends drinking water during exercise as well as before and after to promote proper hydration. This should be practiced as it replaces the water lost through sweating to keep you hydrated. 6. Wear proper garments Gymming is all about healthy sweating. The more you sweat, the better are the results. Wearing tight attires in such cases can make you uncomfortable. Instead, wear proper breathable clothes as they can help in fanning away the sweat to keep you comfortable. Also, for underwear options opt for men’s jockstraps as the revealing cuts at the back promote breathability while keeping things supported at the front. This can also avoid the dangling feeling down there.
