  6. Update identity • Texas Two-year College eLearning Council (formerly TACC DL Advisory Committee) • TACC eLearning Committee (formerly TACC Telecommunications Committee)

  7. Extend VCT benefits to all READI 75% discount!

  9. Collaborative Degree and Certificate Programs Two Models: • Multiple colleges approved to offer a degree collaborate to offer it online. Host-Provider rules apply. • Student enrolls at home college for core curriculum and at the program-approved college for program-specific courses. (New twist to old practice: start here; finish there.)
