    23. Learnings from initial Pre-Plan… Before the pre-plan we didn’t really look at the potential hazards of a job. The pre-plan greatly improved communication and shared learnings. Overall hazard recognition has improved. Utilization of the experienced workers has greatly improved since implementation.
