Provide a work environment as ventilation , lighting ,temperature, humidity, and sterile instruments 4. Disinfectants for the preparation of the patient's skin and hands of workers before the surgical procedure 5. Every Specialists making His role as Anesthetists , Nurses and Surgery 6. Teamwork in harmony 1. Any psychological or physical stress could affect 2. Negligence on the effects of some diseases of the patient will lead to hard effect 3. Low efficiency & Bad results 4. Transmission of infection in the operating room 5. Disruption of the surgery and increase the proportion of risks 6 . Mistakes made in the absence of cooperation 1.Orientation to the operating room in good health 2. Inspection reports for the patient. 3. a work environment 4. Preparation for a surgery 5.
