Toss in the vegetables and sauté for another two minutes.Add a pinch of turmeric powder and stir. Finally pour in the curd mixture and cook ,stirring continuously. Lower the flame and allow it to simmer for a few minutes till it thickens. Serve hot garnished with coriander and ginger juliennes.
