  1. How to Prep For A Sculpt Class A sculpt class can be pretty intensifying. It combines the benefits of strength and cardio exercises with a traditional asana practice to give you a full body workout. As you must know, a body sculpting workout will leave you drenched in sweat and also help you build strength – a workout that will allow you to truly challenge yourself. So before you join your first sculpt class, make sure you have a few prerequisites checked so you don’t fall behind and drop it altogether because it can get hot out there. Here are a few things to keep in mind in order to succeed in your body sculpting workout. 1.Be Open to Challenges– The whole point of a sculpt class is to put you through something that will challenge you to grow and improve your physical fitness. Many people who a used to, or rather only familiar with traditional workout schemes are taken aback in a sculpt class, not knowing what to expect. But that’s the beauty of it. It never lets you get comfortable, much less letting you come anywhere near a plateau. Due to its very nature sculpt always has something new to offer and to get better at it and reap its benefits you must be open to new challenges always! 2. Know your Basics in Yoga– Sculpt will push you to learn new things without stopping to give you a breakdown of what movement belongs to which category of exercise, although after a little while you’ll be able to differentiate it yourself. If you wish to breeze through these classes smoothly, it is crucial that you know the basics of yoga, learn about the different schools of yogic practices and practice meditation before joining a sculpt class. Not only will this help you stay mindful in class but will also give you that extra push needed to crush your workouts. 3. Strengthen your Heart– A sculpt class can be pretty demanding on the body, especially the heart as it requires you to maintain a certain heart rate throughout your workout in order to work up a good sweat. Practice 30 minute sessions of steady state cardio such as light jogging or aerobics to get used to a heart of 120 to 150 beats per minute. There is nothing better than the feeling of crushing your workout and knowing you did your best. With Sculpt you can push yourself to your limits without ever have to worry about plateauing since it has something in store for people from all fitness levels – beginners to advance.
