  2. Introduction www.entranzz.com Judge is the most coveted and cherished position in the legal/judicial system of the India. In a democratic and republic country like India where Judiciary is as independent as executive and legislative the importance and responsibilities of judicial system and its custodian’s i.e. Magistrates and judges cannot be undermined. In fact these are the officials who are responsible for administering, interpreting and applying laws incorporated in the constitution or made by the legislature of state and central.

  3. Eligibility www.entranzz.com In order to become a Judge one has to qualify the Judicial Service Examination conducted annually by Public Service Commission of the respective States. For appearing in this exam, one must hold a legal degree from a recognized university or institution and must have enrolled as an advocate with membership in the state bar council. The age limit for appearing however, may vary from State to State.

  4. Job Prospects www.entranzz.com There has been Quite a plenty of opportunists after the completion of LLB. LLB graduates can perform both in State and central government. The aspiring individuals can work as attorney generals, judges, public, prosecutor etc.  They can also grab opportunities at the fields of defense, tax and labor departments. There are also scope in working as legal advisers for various organizations, An LLB graduate can work as legal publisher, law reporter, and litigator

  5. Remuneration www.entranzz.com The salary of an entry-level civil judge is around Rs 4,20,000 per annum. After reaching the level of a district judge, s/he is entitled to approximately Rs 7,20,000 per annum. High court judges draw around Rs 10,08,000 per annum month and Supreme Court judges around Rs 12,00,000 per annum
