CJ – The Little Things in General • Be organized – know where things are and anticipate issues • Be knowledgeable – you need to know what you’re doing • Be a leader – listen to others and determine expertise, let other shine and contribute, be ready to help those who are unsure • Be logistical – Do we have everything? Does everything work? Are there any obstacles? • Think ahead – what’s going to happen during the next session, the next day…

  12. CJ – The Little Things-Briefing • Critical – It sets the stage for the meet • Prepare an agenda (mental or in writing) • Differentiate – 1st session, subsequent, level.. • Communicate clearly • Cover protocols • Cover rules – what’s needed? • Make assignments • Be aware of time
