Delhi Housing Scheme under DDA LPP to Provide “Housing for all” Nowadays, we are aware of different residential plans in Delhi, through different types of communication media like T.V. news, Newspapers, and different types of websites etc. Therefore, resources on residential planning to get information are plenty to the home-seekers. Those residential projects available in Delhi & NCR are related with land pooling policy under MPD 2021. Delhi Land Pooling Policy is a new concept that has been introduced for the development of Delhi. According to theory, it is the pooling of land contributed by various owners and then handing it over to the authority. Residential authority like DDA builds civic infra on it and further gives to the developer entities to develop the whole land.

Henceforth, Delhi Housing Scheme based on Land Pooling Policy is a win-win for everyone. This has become a subject in the news because of the increasing demand of accommodation among Delhiites. Delhi Housing Scheme has rolled out in March 2019. The scheme is linked with Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana wherein total 12072 flats are available, and most of them are in Rohini, Dwarka, Narela, Vasant Kunj and Jasola. 10,000 unoccupied flats were enlisted in 2017 housing scheme. You can apply at the banks that are registered with DDA. Already, 13 banks had been tied up with DDA last time. With availability of online website and forms, the applicant easily gets information about Delhi Housing Scheme. The Delhi LPP is formed to provide “Housing for all” irrespective of the income group. To make Delhi India’s first Smart City, Delhi Housing Scheme has been formulated under DDA and rolled it in action to promote and secure the development of Delhi.
