  1. OUT WITH THE OLD AND IN WITH THE NEW

  2. It’s almost that time!  A new year. So, out with the old and in with the new

  3. Large bell sleeves and a velvet maxi?  I couldn’t dream of a better combo even if I tried.  I grabbed this velvet maxi years ago and has been a go-to EVERY holiday season. Over the years I have paired it with anything from a short-sleeved sequined top, white wrap around collared shirt, graphic tees and statement accessories.

  4. When I got this top I struggled with what to pair it with!  I know, it’s not always smart to buy something you really have nothing that goes with it.  It hung in my closet for almost a month and while moving all my holiday pieces to the front of my closet,  it dawned on me this velvet skirt would be fantastic with this top.

  5. Always stay true to yourself and what you love.  Growth is a beautiful thing, but confidence in yourself and who you are TODAY brings more fruit than you could imagine.

  6. DON’T TAKE YOURSELF TOO SERIOUSLY

  7. I have a tendency to take myself a bit too seriously at times, especially when I get stressed, irritated, or scared.

  8. I’ve noticed that sometimes these feelings not only make me less effective in dealing with a difficult situation, they actually cause the difficulty itself, or at the very least exacerbate it.
