  2. WHAT IS GLIOBLASTOMA? Glioblastoma, also known as glioblastoma multiforme, is an aggressive type of brain cancer. They can occur at any age, but glioblastomas are typically found in older adults. Typically, glioblastomas can cause headaches, nausea, vomiting, weakness, and seizures.
