Kyrgyzstan: A wonderful Central Asian Destination Being one of the six independent Turkic countries in Central Asia, Kyrgyzstan is a small country with mostly moslem population and Turkik language. Most of the region are mountains, and the beautiful tourist attractions include Alpine nature, clean air and water, and very friendly people. The state is qualified by a great tourist potential and exhibits high rates of development. Kyrgyzstan tourwill offer you everything for a memorable trip. Bishkek is the capital of Kyrgyzstan. The city is present at the foot of the Kyrgyz Range in the northern part of Kyrgyzstan. The city was founded on the site of ancient Fort Julie. Because of its comparatively young age, there are no historic buildings in the capital, but people settled in this place even during the Bronze Age.

  2. Bishkek is now a cultural, industrial, political and economic center. A modern city with beautiful buildings and broad streets and is one of the greenest cities in the region. Bishkek is also populated by more than 80 nationalities and ethnic groups. In the northeastern part of the city, you will fin the Blacksmith fortress and the ruins of the fortress Pishpek. Some of the interesting places include Abdulkasimmadrassah, the old square with the Historical Museum, Panfilov park with fountains, the mass grave in Oak Park, the Kyrgyz State Drama Theatre and the Russian Drama Theater. No less numerous is the list of museums, including the Historical Museum, the National Museum of Fine Arts, the State Memorial Museum, the Kyrgyz State Historical Museum, the Zoological Museum, the Museum of Literature and Art, and the Museum of Mineralogy.

  3. Oak Park and Central Park are vast green areas. There are also some impressive sculptures in their territory. The neighborhood of the capital is located in the picturesque Chui valley, which appeals tourists to its mountain rivers and a diversity of environmental systems. In the vicinity of Bishkek, there are such natural attractions as Alamedin deposit of thermal waters, the stunning Chunkurchak gorge in the upper part of the Alamedin River, the beautiful natural Kara-Balta and Aspara gorges with their renowned waterfalls. Another noticeable attraction here is called Issyk-Ata petroglyphs portrayal Buddha and created in the 7th century. In this valley, you will find a lot of refreshment areas and resorts. One of the important attractions near Bishkek is the valley of the Ala-Archa mountain river. There a number of beautiful landscapes, waterfalls, and unusual rock forms, and a fine collection of local flora and fauna. Here is also a large number of alpinist camps, where many hiking and horseback trails start. There are also many sports facilities available.

  4. Located on the north-east of the country, Issyk-Kul is the most famous alpine lake in Kyrgyzstan. Located high in the mountains, the area of the lake is huge with deep blue color water.
