  1. Is An Open Source Quality Management Software Really Worth It? In a business era where organizations are using the best result- and risk-oriented approach for maintaining the highest quality standards. If you’re a business you need to be ready for contingencies always! Now if the value of a service or product starts plummeting, customers will move to where the quality is better. No matter what it is this can occur in any industry. When a company begins to provide bad service, the clients will start complaining or in the worst case stop using your services. Customers will try different service providers when the service they receive at the counter is unfriendly or less than professional. Therefore, quality standards must remain high for customers to continue spending their money for your products or services. So companies must have professional and friendly employees in their arsenal and should concentrate on keeping their employees happy. So if you want to make sure that quality remains high without getting low on productivity or making job satisfaction suffer. Incorporating an open source quality management system can get the work done in a jiffy! Every organization has to remember that happy employees work hard for their employers, doing the best job they can as this can reflect both on the productivity and the value of the service or products. The productivity is affected because the employees will work at a faster pace if they are as motivated to finish as their employers would like them to be. Each company will have different procedures in place, even if they are both a part of a similar industry. This means that new employees must learn the company culture in order to truly help maintain standards! As employees develop and grow in an organization, managers will have to use open source quality management system to make sure things are done as they as a business needs. The quality of the results being produced will be higher as they will do their work more effectively. Whenever employees are proud to do the job they are doing, even in the smallest way, they are happier at work and will try even harder.
