  • Bid summaries will be mailed to all bidders

  • Due to project size, this project may take more than 30 days to award

  • Before awarding a contract, we verify:

    • Bid is responsive and complete

    • Bid security is provided and correct

    • All forms are complete and correct

    • Contractor is properly licensed

  • All protests addressed
