Type & Source of Devotees: • Devotee whose booking is already confirmed through Advance Bookings (Internet, Information Centers/Regional Offices/Banks, DD/MO, and etc). • Devotee like donors who have special privileges to utilize services under donation schemes. • Devotee like VIPs/Govt Officials/Guests and other under protocol requests. • Devotee who arrives to temple town directly without any advance bookings.

Technical Points • Time Slots are pre-defined. • Pre-printed Bar-code (unique serial number) on token/ticket/card with Shrine Logo and design. • Different colored token/tickets for different type of darshan/pooja/seva such as general, special and etc. • City/Token Issue counter, Date of Registration and Darshan Date/Time and type of darshan will be printed on token. -- . -- • Time taken for each pilgrim is 10-15 sec for registration. • Time taken for each pilgrim to authenticate is 3-5 sec.

Benefits • Crowd could be converted into Queue System. • Advance Booking facility makes Darshan easily accessible. • Pilgrim facility for obtaining prashad, Donation payment etc., streamlined. • Categories of pilgrims such as Male, Female, Hour wise, Day wise, enables shrine board management to develop and offer additional facilities to the pilgrim. • Transparency on accounting of men and finance etc (all through data collection reports).
