  1. VSP.com New Member Registration • The website is: www.VSP.com • New member and existing members would select the Members and Consumers Box • To view the rest of this demo, use the right arrow  on your keyboard.

  2. Member and Consumer Home Page • New members will need to select the purple arrow that reads “Not Yet Registered?”

  3. Member Registration Page • The following information is required: • Last 4 of SSN OR • Full SSN • Full first and last name • Date of birth

  4. Setting up user ID and Password • Complete the “Required Fields” section. • Remember to write down your user id and password. • The second part is optional. • Once you have completed and select “Submit,” you will be logged in. • A VSP benefits page will appear.

  5. Savings Statement and Previous Visit • If services are performed by a VSP network doctor, you will be able to view and print your “VSP Savings Statement,” by clicking the “Previous Visit & Savings” tab.
