What's all the fuss about training? Aren't mountain bikers our main goal? What if I said that you can make any trail flow with just a little training and have enough energy to make the downs as fun as the ups? What if that were true? How about the courage to climb that last climb and then bomb back down? We all know that the best way to improve your fitness is to spend more time on the bikes. But, if we work hard and allow ourselves little time for fun, it can make it difficult to get the most out of our workouts. This plan will help you regain control of your potential. This plan is designed to get you fitter and faster without any gym memberships, expensive equipment or wasted time. It's not a training program, but guidance.
