  1. Make Pasta Sauce like a Pro! Wonder why home-cooked pastas aren’t like the ones we eat at a fancy Italian restaurant? You guessed it right, it is the pasta sauce. In any Italian restaurant, you will see a handful of staple pasta dishes like alfredo and Bolognese that can please all taste buds. If you’re thinking you can’t pull it off at home, then you should probably rethink that aspect.  We’ve brought together some quick, easy and delicious pasta sauce to accompany Agastya Pasta of any size and shape from Spaghetti pasta,Shell pasta, Fusilli pasta, Penne rigate pasta, Macaroni pastaand many more  Follow these simple steps to create some tasty pasta sauce for Agastya whole grain pasta.

  2. #1 Classic tomato sauce for pasta Ingredients ●3 tablespoons olive oil  ●1 large onion (finely chopped, about 1 cup)  ●1 teaspoon garlic (finely minced)  ●2 (28-ounce) cans tomatoes (crushed, in puree)  ●3 tablespoons tomato paste  ●1 teaspoon dried oregano  ●1/2 teaspoon dried basil  ●Optional: 1 pinch red pepper flakes  ●½ teaspoon salt (kosher or coarse)   Steps to Make It:  1.Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.  2.Add the onion and garlic, and cook for 5 minutes.  3.Add the tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, basil, and, if using, red pepper flakes. Add salt and pepper and bring sauce to simmer. 4.Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until sauce thickens slightly—about 20 minutes.  5.Enjoy!  

  3. #2 White sauce: Ingredients  ●2 tablespoons butter  ●2 tablespoons flour  ●¼ teaspoon salt  ●⅛ teaspoon pepper  ●1 cup milk    Steps to make it:  1: In a 1½ quart saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth and bubbly; remove from heat.  2: Gradually stir in milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly; boil and stir 1 minute.  #3 Garlic and oil sauce:  Ingredients  ●⅓ cup extra-virgin olive oil  ●¼ cup chopped flat leaf parsley  ●1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic  ●¾ teaspoon salt   Steps to make it:  1.In a small skillet, combine ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil, ¼ cup chopped flat leaf parsley, 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic and ¾ teaspoon salt over medium-high heat. Once the garlic sizzles, remove from the heat. Makes ⅓ cup.  

  4. #4 Alfredo sauce:  Ingredients:  ●¼ cup butter  ●1 cup heavy cream  ●1 clove garlic, crushed  ●1 ½ cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese  ●¼ cup chopped fresh parsley   Steps to make it:  1: Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Add cream and simmer for 5 minutes, then add garlic and cheese.
