  1. How to put the pasta on a slow carb diet?

  2. “Pasta in nashta (Pasta in breakfast!),” that’s what my kids call their favorite treat. But when it comes to adults, “cheat day” is the day for pasta treats. Everyone looks for a reason to enjoy the yummiest delicacy. But today we are here to talk about how you can integrate Penne pasta or colored pasta, anything from the family of pasta in a slow carb diet. Many might be thinking, am I writing in the right space or not… but yes, dear readers! Pasta can be eaten while having your slow carb diet, and we will tell you how. First, let me explain a slow-carb diet – A slow-carb diet, also known as a low glycemic index (GI) diet. It is a regime followed by many for weight loss, wherein you are encouraged to eat foods with glycemic index number 55 or lesser. While following the slow carb diet process, one should not intake sugars and grains. They would spike your blood sugar levels, causing chronic diseases like obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular issues. Instead, they have to consume protein, vegetables, and legumes. Slow-carb diet is all about increasing your metabolic rate and preventing fat storage. Like any other diet routine, even this diet follows a cheat day, wherein you can devour anything you want. While taking this hint, we suggest you take Penne pasta or colored pasta as your cheat meal and mix it with healthy veggies or sauces or toss it up with salad – whichever way it is, our Agastya pasta blends right through every dish and gives you the ultimate meal.

  3. Most of us, when thinking about pasta, we relate to refined flour and unhealthy eating. Unlike that, pasta does come in different healthy variants (such as – macaroni, bow pasta, quinoa pasta, wheat pasta, multigrain pasta, vermicelli, and more.), helping you to incorporate in your diet plan or cheat plan. We do reiterate that pasta does fit perfectly into the low glycemic index diet consumed with foods like broccoli, carrots, lentils, peas, beans, and more. For better reasons and ways to have your healthy pasta here are a few recipes that you can search on the internet: ⦁ Cheesy taco pasta bake⦁ Mac and Cheese Pasta with sausage and peas⦁ Greek Pasta salad using Quinoa Pasta & tomato cream sauce⦁ Beetroot pasta salad⦁ Green pasta (celery, spinach) with multigrain pasta⦁ Roasted garlic pasta soup⦁ Perfect summer pasta salad toss with wheat pasta Oh! The list goes on. Next time you are planning to enroll for a gym or looking for diet plans, the first thing you have to do is, don’t swear off your favorite foods! Instead, try to mix them to have healthier versions. And what better than Agastya Pasta, right!
