It could be frustrating for professionals to learn IT to perform better in their field. The trained professionals would be able to provide solutions and guidance so that they can perform better and complete their work efficiently.  Outside take on your operations: Technology could be helpful if one knows to make proper use. Trained professionals could use technology and perform efficiently and with lesser errors.
