  5. What You Say What You Do • The Hands are trained to be useful, helpful, & skillful Warrior 2 (right leg in front)

  6. What You Say What You Do • The Health is trained to resist disease, enjoy life, & make for efficiency. Triangle (right leg in front)

  7. What You Say What You Do • The 4-H Motto is to make the best … better! Frog (leap into the air on “better”)

  8. What You Say What You Do • So I pledge my Head to clearer thinking, Tree (standing on left foot)

  9. What You Say What You Do • My Heart to greater loyalty, Warrior 1 (left leg in front)
