  6. Document Manager - Organised Documents Your documents are organised for you into one-click views that make finding what you want a cinch Document Manager

  7. Relevant Information The information is displayed in easily readable sections and embedding or attaching documents from other sources is supported Document Manager

  8. Hyperlinks For Easy Cross-Referencing Hyperlinks take you immediately to related documents without having to leave the current document Document Manager

  9. Access Control & Notification Documents may be public or restricted, automatic notification may be sent when a new revision is published and reminders can be sent if there are printed copies which need to be replaced Document Manager

  10. Automatic Revision Control Revision numbers are system generated and controlled, change history is logged and old revisions are archived when new documents are published Document Manager

  11. Secure Electronic Signing & Approval Approvers are specified per document by the document manager and approval is by electronic signature Document Manager

  12. Advanced, Flexible Search Engine A powerful search engine enables you to find the document you’re looking for - even if keywords are in attachments Document Manager

  13. Change Requests A user who would like to propose a change to an existing document may submit a Change Request which will be routed to the relevant person for action Document Manager

  14. Incident Manager - All In One Place All Incidents are in one place – the default view is the Tracking view All open Incidents are displayed in this view which graphicallydepicts the stage of each Incident. An elapsed time (from creation) is also displayed Incident Manager

  15. Customisable Incidents are based on a template driven by a workflow engine but the content of each Incident type is customisable Incident Manager

  16. Escalation & Reminders Incidents have optional reminders and escalation which may be configured per Incident type Incident Manager

  17. Electronic Routing Routing of Incidents is governed by the configuration document and each approver/investigator has different rights based on this Incident Manager

  18. Reassignment, Recalling or Cancelling The originator of an Incident or the Incident Module Manager may recall or cancel an Incident at any time. They may also reassign an Incident to another person should it be necessary Incident Manager

  19. Schedule Manager - One Repository All Schedules are here, shown by type Schedule Manager

  20. Control of Recurring Events A recurring scheduled event is entered with its relevant supportingand identifying information. Requirements and methods may also be specified here to facilitate completion of the task Schedule Manager

  21. Reminders & Escalation Schedules each have a recurrence interval which may be daily, weekly monthly or annually. The recurrence type may be fixed or sliding and a reminder is sent based on the number of days or weeks specified Schedule Manager

  22. Schedule Calendars Schedules due are presented in a flexible calendar format which will show all events or those only related to the viewer, dependent on selection Schedule Manager

  23. Event Reporting – General Events Once the activity related to an event has been completed a report is created to record the results. The event is then rescheduled based on the recurrence parameters set up in the parent event Schedule Manager
