2. DUO valve
It allows to create a mini plant where a dehumidification hopper and an injection moulding machine are fed by a single suction unit.
3. By pass valve
It preserves the sunction unit from continous startings allowing a saving in terms of wear and energy.

5. Bin for the dust collection
A handler allows the releasing of the bottom bin for the dusts’ collection in an easy way.
The bin has an inspection window to control the dust level inside.

It allows the control of the operation state of the machine also at long distance.

It constitutes the digital IN/OUT interface for the setting and the control of the machine’s parameters.
4. Sunction probes
Probes for aspiration of the material, single or double pipe with a regular fluidification.
The flexible connection pipe is made in non-toxic and anti-static polyurethane.
5. DUO valve
DUO valve, installed in three-phase sunction units.
It allows the installation of two containers for the loading of a hopper and an injection moulding machine by the same pump.

By-pass valve usually applied onto centralized cyclone filters.
It is used for the cooling of the sunction unit and to reduce the number of starts.

1. Body in stainless steel
It is built in stainless steel, guarantee of quality and nontoxicity.
Opportunely shaped for an optimal downflow of the material.
2. Tissue filter
Different types of filters are available according to the demands of the user.
Paper filters, or tissue filters with high capacity, otherwise metallic net if the suction unit is equipped by centralized filter.
3. Filter cleaning
The filter cleaning is programmed by the user according to the type of material. It is performed by spray of compressed air jets through a diffuser.
4. Outlet with seal edge gasket
Detail of the discharge outlet, equipped with anti-wear edge gasket, for a perfect sealing also with dust materials.
The air aspiration makes a spiral flow allowing the heavy dust to separate and fall on the bottom. The air is then cleaned again passing through the cartridge filter, before to exit the filter.
2. Filter cleaning
The cartridge filter cleaning performs jets of compressed air with a programmed frequence and time. The air is accumulated in the bottom tank.
