This research focuses on the advanced techniques of Hydrophobic Interaction Chromatography (HIC) and Ion-Metal Affinity Chromatography (IMAC) for analyzing metal ions such as copper (Cu). Utilizing high-resolution mass spectrometry (m/z) measurements, we assess the intensity and efficiency of both methods. The findings demonstrate significant improvements in detection sensitivity and specificity, providing a comprehensive understanding of metal interactions in biological systems. These techniques hold promising applications in biochemical research and environmental monitoring.
