  5. Linking Modules that are being taught together Find out from instructor which module code will be used as the main site and which is/are the secondary site(s) Discuss the points to consider such as minimum content. Reading lists and where assignments will sit. Rebus reading lists only match the code they reside in so the instructor might want to build a combined rebus list under the main site code Using the special enrolment in the blackboard checker tool create entries using the secondary code from the intranet and the main code from Blackboard (remember only the Blackboard codes will have the year pre-fix) Confirm the enrolments are set up and suggest that the instructor changes the Main module title to include the secondary codes eg. “ABC123 / ABC223 – title of course” The secondary titles should also be changed eg: “ABC223 – this uses ABC123” You should remind the lecturer that the enrolment links will be preserved each year but the module titles will not be (because we feed module title from the catalogue) They need to amend this each year AND let us know when the linking is no longer needed or where one the module codes changes
