Executive Order. • In response to Executive Order, the Federal Bureau of Prisons has engaged in and completed several renewable energy, energy conservation, recycling and purchasing/greening programs at FCC Victorville. The Bureau must incorporate proactive thinking in order to continuously place the Agency in the best possible position. Vision, creativity, innovation and flexibility are vital in these challenging times.
