The Caesar Creek Youth Soaring Association (CCYSA) marked its 10th year of youth soaring camp in 2012, celebrating significant milestones and achievements. Over a decade, we have welcomed 171 campers, facilitated 26 first solo flights, and seen 15 licensed pilots emerge from our program. Our dedicated volunteers, exceeding 420, have contributed to our success, which includes establishing scholarships and fostering strong partnerships. The camp focuses on teaching flight principles, teamwork, leadership, and goal setting. In 2012 alone, we completed 2307 flights, illustrating our commitment to youth soaring.
