Result of Today's Education Teacher Parents • Contents 2.5 years old innocent child 22.5 years old SO-CALLED educated man Science Mathematics Languages Social Studies Psychology Philosophy Geography History Systems Surroundings A human unit with mentality NOT IN ORDER Wealth is the biggest POWER Happiness lies in sensory pleasure only Luxuries (modern and maximum) are only the lifestyle

  18. Q. How to start today as a teacher? Without complete understanding and human conduct is not possible and without human conduct teaching can’t be done. • but few things should be kept in mind while we teach trough words not by conduct and understanding.

  19. DEFINITION My Student : A person who has less understanding than me. (opportunity for proving my understanding ) My Teacher : A person who has better understanding than me (Motivation for complete understanding) Real Teacher : A person who has right understanding and conduct. (Resource person for complete understanding)

  23. A STUDENT UNDERSTANDS Incomplete teacher can motivate only through right words. He should honestly indicate the real teacher for conduct and keep on trying to complete himself

  24. EVERY STUDENT IS AN INDIVIDUAL IDENTITY • Comparison can never be done on the basis of anything like • Marks • Intellect • Expression • Age • Physical appearance • Sex • Etiquette • Etc. It is responsibility of a teacher to locate the reach of different students and make them start fromthat differentpoints

Student does not want to commit mistake • Because of lack of understanding he commits mistake • His understanding is proof of teachers understanding • If he does not understand means • Teacher could not teach • Anger and frustration is of no use • ANGER IS ONLY AN EXPRESSION OF SELF INABILITY. • A teacher should find out the lacking in self

DON’T TEACH BUT PROPOSE THROUGH PROCESS OF • SELF-EXPLORATION • It is a proposal • don’t just assume it to be true or false • verify it in your own right • Not on the basis of scriptures • Not on the basis of reading from instruments • Not on the basis of others • Self Verification • Live according to it • Proposal • Behavior • With human unit leads to mutual happiness • Work • With non-human leads to mutual prosperity • Verify on the basis • of your natural acceptance • Results in • Realization & Understanding • Assurance • Test • Satisfaction • Keep asking again and again : • what is my natural acceptance? • Universality • Applies to all • 1.Time 2.Space 3.individual
