  1. How to use Plan My Route? • Step 1: Enter your start and destination locationsFirst, enter your locations by indicating if it is a road name or landmark and decide whether you would like to generate your search result by Cheapest Fare, Shortest Walking Distance or Shortest Travelling Time, then click “Continue”.

  2. Step 2: Refine your search options Next, a list of road names or landmarks matching the first 3 characters that you entered will be displayed. This is to help you with your search in case you are not sure of the full spelling. Make your selection from the list and click “Continue”.

  3. If you enter the full road name or landmark name correctly, the search will skip Step 2 and go to Step 3 directly. • If no match is found, you may have spelt your locations wrongly. You need to re-enter your locations again. If unsure of the spelling, you can search manually by clicking “Next Option”. From here, you can select your location based on alphabets (for road names) and landmark categories. After you have completed your selection, click “Continue”.

  4. Step 3: Next, a list of bus-stops near your selected locations will be displayed. Select your bus-stops from the list and click “Continue”.

  5. Step 4: View Results This is where your search result will be displayed. You can re-compute your search results based on Cheapest Fare, Shortest Walking Distance or Shortest Travelling Time.
